Gather under the pink moon at Mount Tabor park (an extinct cinder cone volcano) to hear geologically-themed poems from Carolyn Supinka’s debut collection, Metamorphic Door. Carolyn will be joined by fellow poet Ryan Mills and local musician, Olivia Awbrey accompanying Carolyn and playing their own short set of original songs. Free & all ages. We are meeting fairly close to car-access; on the west side of the park, under the Laurel tree at signpost #10, just past the first turret. Parking is limited and carpooling greatly encouraged! Performances will start shortly after 6pm(ish). Unless things become torrential, we plan to go ahead with the event rain or shine so wear your rain gear and bring an umbrella.
